Warranty & Return Policy

What is your warranty/return policy?

All J. Brandt Recognition manufactured products include a lifetime guarantee.  Unlike our competitors, J. Brandt Recognition does not charge the customer to return items for warranty work.   As an added benefit, we email customers a prepaid shipping label.  Upon receipt, we promptly fix any manufacturing defects and return the item to the customer at our expense. 


Do you accept returns?

Custom or personalized products may not be returned.


What if my order is wrong?

This is rare but we are human.  If your order is not correct, please contact your account representative immediately.


What if I am not satisfied with my order?

Our main goal is to see you HAPPY with our product!  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact your account representative immediately.
