What metals do we offer?
14 Karat Gold: An alloy of 59% pure gold with a fine metal for strength*, 14K Gold provides the highest quality and is available in both Yellow and White Gold.
10 Karat Gold: An alloy of 42% pure gold with a fine metal added for strength*, 10K Gold provides a very high quality and is available in both Yellow and White Gold.
Double Gold Filled: A layer of 10K gold bonded to both the front and back of a reinforcing metal core
Gold Filled: A layer of 10K gold bonded to the front of a reinforcing metal
Sterling Silver: An alloy of 92.5% pure silver with a 7.5% of other fine metals*
Gold or Silver Plated: Brass metal that is gold or silver electroplated.
*Because pure gold (24K Gold) and silver is too soft to work with, they are mixed with other fine metals for strength.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Texas Residents pay 8.25% sales tax unless a tax exempt certificate is provided.
Does your company charge design fees?
Artwork is always FREE!
Do you offer engraving services?
We do not have a retail location and therefore do not offer engraving services on your personal items. Your best bet for engraving on personal items is a trophy or engraving shop in your area.
Do you repair personal jewelry?
No. We are a manufacturer and not a retail establishment and therefore do not offer these types of repairs. We are more than happy to refer you to a retail jeweler in your area.
Do you accept POs?
Yes, we accept purchase orders as authorization to proceed on an order. POs should be faxed to 817-877-0516 or emailed to your account representative. All orders received will be confirmed. If you do not receive order confirmation, please contact us immediately.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept check, cash, ACH transfer, money order, all major debit/credit cards, and PayPal (for online purchases).
Can I pay with my P-Card?
Yes. Please be advised, some P-Cards have restrictions regarding jewelry purchases and/or certain spending limits.
When are payments due?
For product purchased through our website, payment is due at time of purchase. If you select pay by check, your order will not start production until we receive your payment. With an approved account, we mail invoices the day your order ships and payment is appreciated in 30 days.
