Q:  Do you offer any guarantees?
A:  All J. Brandt Recognition jewelry products come with a lifetime guarantee against all manufacturing defects.  All other product lines we carry come with their own manufacturers’ warranty. 

Q:  What if my order is incorrect?
A:  This is rare but mistakes do happen.  Please contact your account representative as soon as possible and they will assist you.

Q:  What if I am not satisfied with my order?
A:  We guarantee satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied with your order please contact your account representative immediately. 

Q:  How do I return an item/s?
A:  Your account representative will make the proper arrangements with you.
