Q:  What is delivery time on a normal order?
A:  6 weeks for new customers and 4 – 5 weeks for existing customers.  We can usually accommodate any deadline so please inquire regarding rush deliveries.

Q:  How are orders shipped?
A:  We prefer UPS but other arrangements can be made. 

Q:  What are the shipping charges?
A:  Shipping charges depend on the weight, insurance, and shipping location of the products.  We will provide you this information upon quote. 

Q:  Do you ship outside of the United States?
A:  Yes.  The appropriate shipping charges apply.
