Q:  I want to start a service award program.  How do I begin?
A:  Please contact our office and an account representative will assist you in designing a program tailored to your needs and budget. 

Q:  Can you duplicate my current service award program?
A:  Yes.  Contact our offices to arrange for pick-up of your lapel pin, charm, ring, etc.  After reviewing your item we will contact you with further information.

Q:  Will we have our own account representative?
A:  Yes, an account representative will be assigned to your account and will work with you throughout the process.

Q:  How am I assigned an account representative?
A:  An account representative will be assigned to you depending on your region.

Q:  Do you accept online orders?
A:  We prefer to work with you one on one and therefore, at this time, do not offer online ordering. 

Q:  How can I place my order?
A:  Orders are accepted via fax, email, mail, or phone depending on your preference.  All orders will be confirmed upon receipt before production begins.

Q:  How do I know my order has been received and is into production?
A:  Your account representative will confirm all orders via email or fax depending on your preference.

Q:  When does production start on my order?
A:  After you have approved all artwork or samples production will begin.

Q:  Can I get a sample of my pin or other jewelry products before my order is completed?
A:  Yes.  A pre-production sample will be sent to you for approval before production.
